1. Do I have to register to order your product?
Registration is optional. You may complete the transaction without registering. However, in order to save time for future order and accumulate our reward points for future orders, we would advise you to register before making any purchases. Registration is one time and simple.

Cheque should be crossed and payable to Hezom International Pte Ltd
You may mail your cheque to our office address which is shown in Contact Us page. We will process the order once the cheque is cleared which approximately in 3-4 days after banking in.
3. Credit/Debit Card via Paypal (Visa/MasterCard/American Express)
Payment by credit card is processed by Paypal Singapore. You will be redirected to Paypal page to complete the payment. If you already have Paypal account, you may login to Paypal and complete the payment. Your are not required to register with Paypal in order to pay by credit/debit card.
3. Is there any charge if I pay by credit/debit card?
We do not charge extra for payment by credit/debit card.
4. How fast is your delivery time?
Normally we will deliver within 2-3 working days after receiving the order on working days (Monday to Friday). We do not have weekend delivery. You may leave a note on delivery request under Remarks in the Shopping Cart. We will contact you to liase further on the delivery schedule.
5. How do you deliver my orders?
For Singapore orders, we are charging $7/delivery per point for orders less than $40. We are engaging local courier service or other applicable mode of service. Currently we do not ship our products overseas.
6. What is the minimum orders for me to have free delivery?
Currently we offer free delivery only in Singapore with minimum order $40 for 1 delivery point.

8. Can I return defective products?
You may return any product that is defective and we will exchange with a new one provided it has not been consumed. However, rest assured that all of our products are fast selling and has gone through our strict quality control.

12. I cannot find some products that I usually ordered?
We are actively enhancing our formulation and therefore you may find some products replaced with a new one with better formulation.
13. Where can I find your products in Singapore?
Our products are available islandwide. You may find our products in most of the jamu/traditional/herbal shop in Singapore. Most of the shops in Joo Chiat Complex have our range of products.
Ordering in Malaysia/Overseas
14. How do you send the order if I am residing in Malaysia?
Orders from Malaysia will be handled by our Malaysia office directly. The product will be sent from Johor to your address, thus it will not go through the Malaysia customs individually.
